In certain instances, the Sites may allow you to communicate with Modishlabs using SMS or WhatsApp message, including in connection with scheduling a meeting. By electing to receive SMS or WhatsApp messages, you are expressly consenting to receiving messages made using an automatic telephone dialling system from Modishlabs or its service providers, and you also understand and agree that data rates and charges may apply and that you are solely responsible for all associated costs assessed by your telecommunication carrier or provider. 
Modishlabs maintains administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against accidental, unlawful or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use.
